BOOKING POLICY ( MUST READ)
Deposits & Payments
• $25 non‑refundable deposit required to secure all appointments.
• Remaining balance due immediately after service.
• Accepted: Apple Pay, Tap to Pay, Visa/Mastercard, Cash App, or website checkout.
• The card on file will be charged 100% of the service total if policies are not followed.
Travel Stylist Safety
• Service location must be safe, clean, smoke‑free, well‑lit, and accessible.
• If I arrive and the environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or unfit, the appointment ends immediately and 100% of the service total will be charged.
• No extra guests unless approved.
Hair Requirements
• 100% human hair ONLY.
• HD lace ONLY (new, clean, uncut).
• Bundles must be unused, uncolored, uncut, and not previously installed.
• Client’s natural hair must be:• Freshly washed
• Product‑free (only shampoo + conditioner)
• Fully detangled
• If a blow‑dry is added, leave‑in + heat protectant will be provided.
Service Changes
• Minor changes (part change, length tweak, curls vs straight): 2 hours before arrival.
• Major changes (different install type, different lace, different style): 24 hours before appointment.
• Failure to communicate changes = full service charge.
Cancellations & No‑Shows
• Cancellations under 24 hours = 100% charge.
• No‑shows = 100% charge.
• If hair, lace, prep, or environment does not meet requirements, the appointment will be cancelled and 100% will be charged.
• Deposits are non‑refundable under all circumstances.
Professional Standards
• As a licensed travel stylist, I follow strict hygiene, timing, and safety protocols.
• These policies protect both the client and the stylist, ensuring a smooth luxury experience.
