Graduation Package Rules

Eligibility Requirements

• Must show school ID
• Must show proof of graduation (cap & gown receipt, ceremony email, senior packet, etc.)
• Parent/guardian must book for clients under 18
• Client must bring their graduation cap for cap‑ready styling

 Hair Prep Rules

• Must arrive washed & blow‑dried
• No excessive tangling or matting
• No previously worn, cut, or tinted bundles if adding hair
• No last‑minute style changes once the appointment begins

Makeup Rules

• Arrive with a clean, bare face
• No leftover mascara, lash glue, or heavy oils
• Light glam only (no full foundation or dramatic eyeshadow)

Deposit Policy

• A $50 non‑refundable deposit is required at booking
• Deposit goes toward the final balance
• Appointment is not confirmed until deposit is paid
• Remaining balance is due in person at the start of the appointment

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit
• Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows require full payment before rebooking
• Rescheduling allowed once with 48‑hour notice

Late Policy

• 10‑minute grace period
• After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee applies
• After 20 minutes, appointment may be cancelled and deposit forfeited
