PROM PACKAGE RULES

• Must show current high school ID
• Must show proof of prom (ticket, email confirmation, school flyer, etc.)
• Parent/guardian must book for clients under 18
• Hair must be washed & blow‑dried before arrival
• No previously worn, cut, or tinted bundles if adding hair
• Arrive with a clean, bare face
• No last‑minute style changes once the appointment begins

Deposit Policy

• $50 non‑refundable deposit required at booking
• Deposit goes toward the final balance
• Appointment is not confirmed until deposit is paid
• Remaining balance due in person at the start of the appointment

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit
• Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows require full payment before rebooking
• One reschedule allowed with 48- hour notice

Late Policy

• 10‑minute grace period
• After 10 minutes: $15 late fee
• After 20 minutes: appointment may be cancelled and your payment card will be charged.
