RULES

• Hair must be clean & fully dry before arrival
• No excessive tangling or matting
• No tight styles or heavy heat (comfort first)
• Manicure includes gel polish only unless provided (no acrylics or gel)

Deposit

• $20 non‑refundable deposit required at booking
• Deposit goes toward the final balance
• Appointment is not confirmed until deposit is paid

Cancellation

• Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit deposit
• Same‑day cancellations require full payment before rebooking

Late Policy

• 10‑minute grace period
• After 10 minutes: $10 late fee
• After 20 minutes: appointment may be cancelled
